The Front Range HVAC Service Agreement was designed with our customers in mind. We know how busy your schedule is and remembering to take care of your heating and cooling needs should be the least of your worries. That’s why we offer annual maintenance to ensure you’re in working condition all year long.
When signing up for our Service Agreement, rest assured that we have your HVAC needs to be taken care of whether you have a single-family dwelling or something much larger.
You’re probably asking yourself what Front Range HVAC will do for your when you become a preferred customer with our Service Agreement. Here’s a few of the things we offer with our Service Agreement when you sign up:
- Eliminates the standard $75.00 trip charge
- No trip charge 7 AM to 7 PM. Standard trip charge applies to afterhours calls.
- Reminders for scheduled maintenance
- Perform manufacturer’s recommended annual maintenance of listed unit’s phone call, text or email – your choice!
- During each visit we will provide a basic visual inspection of other equipment in the home such as the water heater, humidifier & electronic air cleaner for no additional charge.
- Any repairs will be an additional charge.
