Front Range HVAC prides itself in how we take care of our customers from your initial phone call to set up your appointment to long after your new system has been installed. Whether you need a furnace repair, basic maintenance, or want long-term service to ensure the hassle of dealing with your HVAC maintenance needs are off your plate, we can help. HVAC systems need to be taken care of throughout the year to ensure their maximum efficiency and longevity.

We want to ensure your system is up and running when you need it the most, that’s why we encourage all our customers to sign up for our Preferred Customer Service Plan.

Listed below are the features that come standard with our service plan:

Preferred Rates on Repairs 

  • Approximately 10% off current standard printed pricing on service repairs.

Eliminates the standard $75.00 trip charge

  • No trip charge 7 AM to 7 PM. Standard trip charge applies to after hours calls.

Doubles Service Parts and Labor Warranties 

  • 2 year parts and labors warranty on service repairs.

Preferred Scheduling 

  • You will be scheduled as soon as possible dependent upon technician availability. Your appointment will take priority over non – member repair appointments.

Standard Rates for overtime calls 

  • You  will be charged the standard operating hours trip charge ($75.00) for overtime calls.

Reminders for scheduled maintenance

  • Perform manufacturer’s recommended annual maintenance of listed unit’s phone call, text or email – your choice!

During each visit we will provide a basic visual inspection of other equipment in the home such as the water heater, humidifier & electronic air cleaner for no additional charge.

*Any repairs will be an additional charge.

The PCSP was designed with our customers in mind. We know how busy your schedule is and remembering to take care of your heating and cooling needs should be the least of your worries. That’s why we offer annual maintenance included in our service plan to ensure your systems are in working condition all year long.
